Guidelines
Please consult the following guidelines when submitting copy and/or
artwork:
- "Continuing
Education" articles or modules must have at least one author
or planner with an advanced RN degree of BSN or MSN.

Infection Control Education Institute adheres to the American
Medical Association Manual of Style and the Associated Press
Stylebook. Please keep in mind that your work will be edited
to conform to these journalistic styles.
- Please
write as objectively as possible. Any references to commercial
products or medical devices will be removed by the editors in
order to keep the text unbiased toward certain manufacturers.

The average word count is approximately 2,500 to 3,500 words.

Please supply properly formatted references, as well as a two-
or three-sentence bio about yourself and a color photograph
(which will be returned). If you would like to submit a photo
via e-mail, please ensure that it is a jpeg of at least 300
dpi and a minimum of 3" by 3".

We prefer that the document be submitted in Microsoft Word or
a basic text file. Please do not use two spaces between sentences
and please do not use underlining. Text must be submitted electronically
via e-mail or submitted on a diskette.

Your coursework should be accompanied by a test of 10, 20 or
25 true/false questions, as well as answers to the test and
a list of three to five objectives.

Any photos that accompany the text can be submitted as color
prints, slides or transparencies. We prefer digital images,
saved as a TIF or JPG file in Adobe PhotoShop. The photo submitted
must be a minimum of 3 inches by 3 inches and have a resolution
of 300 dpi.

Upon acceptance of your coursework, we reserve the right to
publish it inside Infection Control Today Magazine, Infection
Control Education Institute website, EndoNurse Magazine and
the EndoNurse Institute website.
